Cerebral Palsy Stage 4 CD Number 467

Each program pairs positive affirmations, recorded below the threshold of conscious hearing, with soothing ocean wave audio. Your subconscious absorbs the messages while you listen, even though you only consciously hear the waves. Because the messages are embedded in the audio itself, anyone in the room while it plays absorbs them too — not just the intended listener.

It varies by person and program, but most people listen daily for several weeks to build lasting change. Consistency matters more than volume, a little each day works better than occasional long sessions.

You can play it in the background while working, relaxing, or even sleeping. You don't need to consciously focus on it for the subliminal messages to reach your subconscious mind.
